WHI Launches Order Cut Off Time Display Feature
Order cut off times are used to define and inform users of the time you stop dispatching orders by location, delivery method, day and time.
Enabling delivery cut off times, improves customer order expectations by providing users with incentive to place orders within a certain time period.
Example: If a user is searching for parts at 10:00 am and the location and delivery method selected has a cut off time of 11:00 am the customer will have the ability to view the cut off message within the site header and in line with the part record and will reference the next order cut off time scheduled for 11:00 am.
Cut off times are displayed within the site header and inline within the part result within Stock Check, Catalog(s) and Cart. They are indicated with a clock icon.
