Connect Your Vendors

Open Multi-Seller
– From within a Repair Order Click on the “Nexpart“button
– Or login to your Multi-Seller account through Nexpart.com
Select the “Dashboard” tab on the top bar
Hover over the “Launch Seller” arrow to see the vendor username information
Click the “Copy” button to easily copy the vendor username
Open your Autosoft Go system
Within your “Accounting” -> “Vendor Search“
Select the Vendor you wish to update
- Click “New Vendor” to add the vendor if the record does not exist
Paste the username from your Multi-Seller vendor in the “Vendor Account Username” field and connect your account
Repeat for all of your vendors

Using your Multi-Seller Account

Now that your account is connected you are ready to quote and order parts
Open an Existing RO or create a new one
Click on the button to launch Multi-Seller
Your Multi-Seller account will open within Autosoft Go
Search for parts through the option you prefer
To add parts to your quote first add them to your Multi-Seller cart and click the “Send to Autosoft” button
When you are ready to order parts Click the button to open the cart and Click “Place Order” to complete the order
