How to Upgrade your Nexpart Catalog and Vendors:

1. Activate the New Nexpart Catalog

Open your Manager SE system
Within your “Configurations” -> “Special Maintenance” -> “Toggle Catalog Availability“
Select “Nexpart Catalog” and switch the “Off” toggle to “On”
Click “Save” at the bottom of the page

2. Connect Your Vendors

- Connect your vendors using either your Username and Password or your Nexpart Token
- Open Manager SE, go to “Configurations” -> “Vendor Setup”
- Click “Add”
- Enter the vendors information and Click “Setup Link”
- Within the window select “Setup Nexpart Catalog – Enhanced Link” and Click “OK”
- Enter your vendor Username and Password or your Nexpart Token and Click “Save”
- Repeat these steps for all of your vendors
  - How to find the Nexpart Token:
  - Open your vendors account and Click on the “My Account” tab
  - The Token ID is located on the bottom left corner under the “Account Information” section
